Bad News for North Korea

North Korea, Kim Jong-Un continues to threaten the world with his nation’s rogue nuclear program.
But his latest provocation has crossed the line.
And now military sources have put a time table on when Donald Trump could launch a military action.

After North Korea successfully tested an intercontinental ballistic missile, the clock began ticking on when they would be able to develop a long range nuclear weapon.

That is a line Donald Trump will not allow the communist nation to cross.
Now reports are emerging that military action could be taken within one year.
The Daily Sun reports:
“DONALD Trump ‘is to order a military strike against North Korea within a year’ after Kim Jong-un’s military boasted it had fired a ballistic missile capable of hitting the US.
Senior military sources in Washington have reportedly claimed Pentagon officials have laid out plans to obliterate a nuclear weapons facility operating deep within a mountain range inside the rogue state.
The news comes hours after the US flew two supersonic bombers over the Korean Peninsula  in a show of force against North Korea.
The B-1 bombers were escorted by South Korean fighter jets as they performed a low-pass over an air base near the South Korean capital of Seoul before returning to the Andersen Air Force Base in Guam.
The US Air Force said the mission was a response to consecutive ICBM tests by Kim this month.”
Pundits saw the situation with North Korea escalating when Donald Trump called out China on Twitter.
Trump had been working with the Chinese to defuse the crisis, but the Chinese have not come through.
So Trump put them on notice.
Trump’s warnings were ominous.
The latest North Korean ICBM test put targets on the U.S. mainland within range of their weapons.
Los Angeles and Chicago could be at risk.
If diplomacy does not work, Trump will take action.

Congressional Baseball Game

Thursday night, the Democrats bested the Republicans 11-2 in the annual Congressional Baseball Game at  Nationals  Park, though the outcome of the game is secondary. The game was played  one day after a gunman opened fire  at a Republican practice, wounding House Majority Whip Steve Scalise and three others. David Bailey, an officer wounded in the attack, threw out the first pitch. More than 25,000 tickets were sold for the game, which raised more than $1 million for Congressional Sports for Charity. The game has been played since the early 1900s, and last year it raised $500,000.
